FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a device allowing to create movement of a food lump between two stomas (S1, S2). Proposed device comprises means to make pump (14, 131) with suction and discharge channels adapted to suck food lump through suction channel and discharge it through outlet channel. Means forming the pump are located outside the patient's body and can be fixed on his body. Device includes first tight connection means (1), allowing to connect suction canal with stoma (S1) upstream, located on abdominal wall of patient. Device has the second tight connecting means allowing to connect the outlet channel with the stoma (S2) downstream located on the abdominal wall of the patient. Device comprises first and second means (21, 3； 41, 3) to prevent counterflow of food lump sucked or discharged by means forming pump, towards suction and discharge channels. First and the second means for prevention of countercurrent flow have cavity (21) created in the suction channel, and cavity (41) created in the outlet channel, in which the food lump passes. First and the second facilities have filled cylinder (3) located in each of the cavities. First and second facilities include means (G) for filling the cylinder, which allow changing degree of filling of the cylinder.
