The present invention relates to the use of a DNA expression construct comprising a dumbbell- shaped circular strand of deoxyribonucleic acids and provides such a construct with a double- stranded stem and single-stranded loops located at both ends of the stem, wherein the stem comprises complementary deoxyribonucleic acids of the circular strand with a promotor sequence, a coding sequence and a termination signal to be administered by jet injection for the treatment of cancer.La présente invention concerne lutilisation dun produit de synthèse dexpression dADN comprenant un brin circulaire en forme dhaltère dacides désoxyribonucléiques. Ce produit de synthèse présente une tige à double brin et des boucles à brin simple disposées de part et dautre de la tige, laquelle tige comprend des acides désoxyribonucléiques complémentaires du brin circulaire avec une séquence promoteur, une séquence de codage et un signal de terminaison. Ladministration se fait par injection sans aiguille dans le cadre dun traitement du cancer.
