To safely and easily mount a scalpel on a scalpel mounting tool.SOLUTION: A front side wall part 3 of a scalpel mounting tool 1 protrudes upward from a front end part of and both frontal side edges of a bottom plate part 2. A plurality of rear partition parts 4 are arranged in a lateral direction on a rear end part of the bottom plate part 2. Each of the plurality of rear partition parts 4 protrudes upward from the rear end part of the bottom plate part 2. A plurality of intermediate partition parts 5 protrude upward from the bottom plate part 2 on a front side of the plurality of rear partition parts 4. The plurality of intermediate partition parts 5 are aligned with the plurality of rear partition parts 4 in a cross direction. When a scalpel 9 is mounted on a scalpel mounting tool 1, a grip part 91 of the scalpel 9 is arranged between two rear partition parts 4 which are adjacent in the lateral direction out of the plurality of rear partition parts 4. A tip part 92 of the scalpel 9 is arranged on a front region 31 surrounded by the front side wall part 3. A height of the front side wall part 3 and a height of each rear partition part 4 are higher than a height of each intermediate partition part 5.
