The present invention provides a silicone rubber-based hardening composition which can produce a silicone rubber having excellent tensile strength and tear strength, a molded article which is made using the silicone rubber-based hardening composition, and a medical tube which is obtained by using the molded article, and the silicone rubber-based hardening composition according to the present invention contains linear organopolysiloxane having a vinyl group (A) linear organohydrogen polysiloxane (B) and silica filler (C) of which the surface is treated with a silane coupling agent having a trimethylsilyl group.
