The invention relates to a granulate composition comprising 90-99.95 % w/w of Imatinib mesylate, 0.05-0.2% w/w of binder and 0-8% w/w of disintegrant, wherein the granulate composition is prepared using binder in isopropyl alcohol solvent. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising Imatinib mesylate, with high polymorphic stability and processes for preparation thereof. Said granulate composition comprising 90-99.95 % w/w of Imatinib mesylate and their pharmaceutical compositions derived may be useful in the treatment of cancer.Linvention concerne une composition granulaire comprenant 90-99,95 % en poids de mésylate dimatinib, 0,05-0,2 % en poids de liant et 0-8 % en poids de désintégrant, la composition granulaire étant préparée à laide dun liant dans un solvant dalcool isopropylique. Ladite composition de granulé, comprenant 90-99,95 % en poids de mésylate dimatinib, et leurs compositions pharmaceutiques dérivées peuvent être utiles dans le traitement de cancer.
