The purpose of the notification is non-alcoholic perfumes which are characterised by the nano-emulsion of oil in water and consist of a composition of odoriferous substances in quantities from 5 to 15% mass, an emulsifier from a group of non-ionic surfactants in quantities from 5 to 10% mass, a preservative substance in quantities 0025 to 1% mass. The weight ratio of the emulsifier (S) to the odour composition (O),is within the limits of 1:1 to 1:3. The notification shall also include the method of obtaining the perfume concerned, which consists of the emulsion process being carried out at a constant temperature from 20 to 30.C, gradually adding part of the aqueous phase in quantities from 30 to 50% of the mass of the water and preservative mixture to the emulsifier and odour composition. The mixture shall be shaken vigorously to obtain the system hhomogeneous. It is then mixed with the speed of rotation of the mechanical mixture from 450 to 550 rpm by soaking the remaining part of the aqueous phase until a transparent system is obtained. The oil phase is obtained by combining a 5 to 10% mass emulsifier and a 5 to 15% mass odour compositionwhere the S:O ratio of the weight emulsifier (S) to the odour composition (O) is within the limits of 1:1 to 1:3. On the other hand, the aqueous phase is obtained by combining the preservative in quantities from 000025 to 1% mass with water in a quantity complementary to 100% mass components.Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są perfumy bezalkoholowe charakteryzujące się tym, że mają formę nanoemulsji olej w wodzie a w ich skład wchodzi kompozycja zapachowa w ilości od 5 do 15% masowych, emulgator z grupy niejonowych surfaktanów w ilości od 5 do 10% masowych, substancja konserwująca w ilości0,00025 do 1% masowych.
