PURPOSE: A flexibility test system of each part of a human body and a flexibility test method thereof are provided to effectively and systematically manage each body part of an testee through accurately grasping overall body condition of the testee.CONSTITUTION: A display part(100) displays the movement of each body part corresponding to at least one item among set flexibility test items through the avatar. The display part displays the image of a testee moving according to the avatar in the screen. A test controlling part(200) provides the image of the avatar demonstrating the flexibility test items to the display part. The test controlling part determines a flexibility degree by comparing the degree of the movement of the testee with a predetermined standard movement value. The test controlling part is connected to a server(300).
