PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a body motion again during a retake operation which is conducted after a body motion has occurred during long-length imaging.SOLUTION: A local motion vector calculation unit 34 calculates local motion vectors in an overlapping area between two adjacent radiographic images. A body motion index value calculation unit 36 calculates a body motion index value using the local motion vectors. Further, a body motion determination unit 38 determines whether or not there is a body motion using the body motion index value.
