PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing fish extract is provided to maintain skin moisturizing and softening effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 1-50% of fish extract. The fish extract is prepared by adding sharp-toothed eel, flathead mullet or halibut to 3-10 times weight of organic solvent and extracting at 20-100 Deg. C. for 1-10 days. The organic solvent is purified water, butylenes glycol, methanol, ethanol, hexane, and ethyl acetate.
