PURPOSE: A method for preparing 7-amino-3-vinyl-cephalosporinic acid is provided to cheaply obtain high purity 7-amino-3-vinyl-cephalosporinic acid with high efficiency.CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing 7-amino-3-vinyl-cephalosporinic acid comprises the steps of: adding cresol and an organic solvent to a compound of chemical formula I and adding sodium acetate to prepare a compound of chemical formula II and adding penicillin degrading enzyme to the compound of chemical formula II to prepare a compound of chemical formula III. Sodium acetate is added in a quantity of 1/3-2/3 times of the compound of chemical formula I.
