PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation device changeable arbitrarily at a high degree of freedom when designing/assembling according to an installation location to be greened, and uniformly giving water to plants.SOLUTION: This vegetation device includes a plurality of mesh pipe units 3 arranged almost parallel to each other, and a fixation unit 4 collectively fixing the plurality of the mesh pipe units 3. The mesh pipe unit 3 has a hollow outer tube 31 having a first peripheral wall 311 defining a first hollow part, and a hollow inner tube 32 arranged within the outer tube coaxially thereto and having a second peripheral wall 321 defining a second hollow part of a diameter smaller than that of the first hollow part. The first peripheral wall 311 is formed with a plurality of through-holes 312 extending from the outer peripheral surface thereof to the inner peripheral surface, and a communicating groove 310 extending to the outer peripheral surface and communicating with the inside of the outer tube 31 through the through-holes 312.
