The drum (2) is provided with: a mesh member (32) for allowing air to pass and for catching fiber； a mold plate (31) disposed on the external peripheral surface side of the mesh member (32) and used for forming a concave part (30)； and a blocking member (34) for blocking fiber from being suctioned so that the amount of fiber to be accumulated is reduced between mutually continuous absorbent cores (C). The blocking member (34) is disposed on the internal peripheral surface side (32f) of the mesh member (32).
