PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer/moving device by which transfer to and from a bed, a toilet seat, or the like is possible without changing the direction of a body, and which has a simple structures so as to be used alone, does not impose a burden on the back or the waist of a care-receiver, is excellent in functionality, stability, versatility, and handleability so as to be used easily even when the care-receiver suffers from damage especially in a backbone or the like, and is suitable not only for the care-receiver, but also for an elderly person whose walking function is deteriorated and even a healthy person.SOLUTION: A transfer/moving device includes: a truck part in which a plurality of wheels are arranged at the bottom part a seat part arranged on the truck part on which a care-receiver or a person getting on is seated from the rear side of the truck part a chest pad part that is erected on the front end side of the seat part and contacts a chest part of the care-receiver or the person getting on a shin pad part that contacts a lap or a shin part of the care-receiver or the person getting on and a drive mechanism part mounted on the truck part for (a) rotating the seat part and/or the chest pad part around a horizontal axis orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the truck part, or (b) vertically moving the seat part and/or the chest pad part in a vertical direction of the truck part.【課題】体の向きを変えずにベッドや便座等との間で移乗でき、構造が簡素で一人でも利用可能であると共に、被介護者の背中や腰などに負荷を与えることがなく、特に脊椎等に損傷がある場合でも無理なく利用することができる機能性、安定性、汎用性、取扱い性に優れたもので、被介護者のみならず歩行機能が低下した高齢者および健常者にも適する移乗・移動装置の提供。【解決手段】底部に複数の車輪が配設された台車部と、台車部上に配設され被介護者又は乗車者が台車部後方から着座する着座部と、着座部の前端側に立設され被介護者又は乗車者の胸部に当設する胸当部と、被介護者又は乗車者の膝または脛部に当設する脛当部と、台車部に搭載され着座部及び/又は胸当部を(a)台車部の前後方向と直交する水平軸周りに回動させる、又は(b)台車部の上下方向に上下動させる駆動機構部と、を備えることにより課題を解決するものである。【選択図】図1
