PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach an auxiliary absorption device to a disposable diaper in such a manner to be deviated to a rear part of the disposable diaper.SOLUTION: In a disposable diaper 1, a part of intermediate elastic strings included in an intermediate elastic member 45 has a color that is different from the other intermediate elastic strings 451 and is a front marker part and a rear marker part 482 that are used for positioning a front end part and a rear end part of an auxiliary absorption device 9 in attaching the auxiliary absorption device 9. The front marker part 481 and the rear marker part 482 are visible from the inside and the outside of an outer packaging sheet body 40. A distance in a vertical direction between the rear marker part 482 and an edge 111 of a body opening 11 is shorter than a distance in the vertical direction between the front marker part and the edge 111 of the body opening 11.
