The power-detachable small rotary device according to the present invention includes: a body frame having a predetermined length in a front-back direction a traveling unit supported on a front side of the body frame, rotated in response to power supply, and provided with a traveling wheel rolling on a ground surface a rotary unit supported on a back side of the body frame, rotated in response to power supply, and provided with a rotary blade for soil grinding a power unit mounted on the body frame and a power supply unit supplying power from the power unit to the traveling unit and the rotary unit.
