PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle equipment control system controlling operation permissions of nursing-care equipment subject to states of a welfare vehicle including nursing-care equipment.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle machine 10: acquires from a door control section 30, opening/closing state information related to a door from which a care-receiver gets in/out acquires stop/travel state information from a travel information section 40 acquires a power supply state information of nursing-care equipment 5 from a nursing-care equipment control section 50 and when the opening/closing state of the acquired opening/closing state information is the open state, the acquired stop/travel state information is the stop state, and the power supply state of the acquired power supply state information is on, enables the control of the nursing-care equipment based on a command signal transmitted from a portable machine 20. When all of the three conditions are not satisfied, a vehicle equipment control system 100 disables the operation of the nursing-care equipment based on the command signal transmitted by the portable machine.
