To provide a deployment article delivery system that can be used as both of an RX type and OTW type.SOLUTION: A deployment article delivery system 10 includes: an outer tubular body 30 having a tip and a base end; an inner tubular body 40 disposed inside the outer tubular body 30, the inner tubular body having a tip and a base end; a stent 20 housed in the outer tubular body 30; a base end marker 53 positioned between the stent 20 and the base end and connected to the inner tubular body 40; and an operation part 60 to which the inner tubular body 40's base end is connected. As the outer tubular body 30 moves in an axial direction X relatively to the inner tubular body 40, the stent 20 comes into contact with the base end marker 53 and is enabled to deploy from the outer tubular body 30. An internal cavity of the inner tubular body 40 continuously communicates with a base end side operation part opening surface 68A provided on the operation part 60. The inner tubular body 40 has an internal opening surface 46, passing from the inside to the outside, formed on an outer surface.
