<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular body having a structure for effectively preventing the peeling of a protecting layer from the outermost layer. <；P>；SOLUTION: Fiber-exposed portions 38 wherein reinforcing fibers 14 are exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 10, and resin-exposed portions 36 wherein a synthetic resin 16 is exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 10 are disposed in the outermost layer 26. Dent portions 40 dented from the surface of the outermost layer 26 to the inner layer side are formed between the reinforcing fibers 14 of the fiber-exposed portions 38. Since the dent portions 40 are formed, a protecting layer 60 is formed in a state partially penetrated into the insides of the dent portions 40.
