PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a non-aqueous hair cosmetic which is blended with an ultraviolet absorber and excellent in low temperature stability and can provide good finger combing of hair after drying and a hair treatment method using the non-aqueous hair cosmetic.SOLUTION: There is provided a non-aqueous hair cosmetic in which (A) an ultraviolet absorber, (B) an alkyl benzoate or 2-ethylhexyl isononanoate and (C) a volatile cyclic silicone are blended, which contains no ethanol and is used by a method of drying the hair without washing off after applying to the wet hair.
