A skin sebum degree measuring method using an image comprises the following steps of: allowing a computer device to detect a skin region of a subject in an image； allowing the computer device to extract color data and texture data of the skin region； and allowing the computer device to input at least one of the color data and the texture data to a previously arranged first regression analysis function by using a relationship of the at least one of the color data and the texture data and a sebum degree of a skin, and determine a first skin sebum degree.
