PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fitting properties of an absorbent article.SOLUTION: An absorbent article has: an absorber which has a longitudinal direction, a width direction and a thickness direction crossing one another at right angles and has liquid absorptive fiber and a liquid-permeable sheet covering the absorber from a skin side in the thickness direction. The absorber has in a central part in the width direction one linear guide part along the longitudinal direction for guide so that it bends to the skin side in the thickness direction. The linear guide part is provided with a recess at least on a non-skin side and a plurality of dot-like recesses at least on either the skin side or the non-skin side of the absorber. In the center in the width direction of the linear guide part, a distance from the skin side surface of the absorbent article to the linear guide part is shorter than a distance from the non-skin side surface of the absorbent article to the linear guide part. The plurality of dot-like recesses form first columns along the longitudinal direction and second columns adjacent to the first columns in the width direction on one side in the width direction and form first columns and second columns on the other side in the width direction as well.
