PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable connection structure capable of constituting a shield structure easily and suppressing interference of a signal between cables, an ultrasonic probe and an ultrasonic endoscope system.SOLUTION: A cable connection structure for connecting a plurality of cables to electrodes provided on a substrate includes an extension part which is integrally provided with the cables, extends from the cables and covers at least a connection portion between the cables and the electrodes. The extension part is made of a bendable insulation film. A ground electrode is provided on the outer surface side different from the connection portion side.
