The present invention relates to a composition for sports nutrition for improving sports performing ability which contains a Trigonella foenumgraecum extract and ferulic acid as active ingredients and to a method for manufacturing the same. A complex composition of the Trigonella foenumgraecum extract and ferulic acid of the present invention exhibits effects of significantly improving endurance of swimming and treadmill exercise and rapidly reducing lactic acid which is a substance in blood causing fatigue and thus can be advantageously used as a composition for sports nutrition for improving sports performing ability. In addition, the Trigonella foenumgraecum extract of the present invention is a safe natural plant resource which has been traditionally used as food, and the ferulic acid is a raw material which is safely used as a food additive in many countries and has almost no side effects. Therefore, the complex composition of the present invention can be advantageously used as a composition for sports nutrition.
