The present invention provides a polymer-collagen composite film and a method of forming the same. In the method, a surface of a polymer substrate is treated by plasma, and collagen is then grafted to the surface, thereby obtaining the polymer-collagen composite film. The composite film has good hydrophilicity and biocompatibility.本發明提供一種聚合物-膠原蛋白複合膜及其製造方法。在此方法中，以電漿處理聚合物基材的表面，並使膠原蛋白接枝於上述處理後的表面，從而獲得聚合物-膠原蛋白複合膜。此複合膜具有良好的親水性和生物相容性。
