A manufacturing method for a Chinese herbal facial cream is disclosed, which is mainly mixed by six materials including ginkgo seed, angelica dahurica, ginkgo, angelica sinensis, caltrops and gleditsia sinensis, cooperated with an emulsifying agent, glycerine and an cosmetic antibacterial agent. First, angelica dahurica, caltrops and angelica sinensis are decocted to produce an essence liquid, and ginkgo seed, ginkgo and gleditsia sinensis are ground into a fine powder. Then, the fine powder of ginkgo seed, ginkgo and gleditsia sinensis, glycerine, the emulsifying agent, and the essence liquid of angelica dahurica, caltrops and angelica sinensis are put and uniformly mixed in an empty bottle, and finally the cosmetic antibacterial agent is added into the bottle and uniformly mixed therein.
