PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expiration resistance device capable of acquiring an equivalent effect to that of a puckered-mouth respiration without any need of a conscious effort of a patient without preventing clearance of secretions.SOLUTION: An expiration resistance device 10 being hold in an air passage includes: a body section 100 having an annular cross section and causing air flowing along the air passage to pass inside the annular cross section in a direction of crossing with the annular cross section and a retaining section 140 protruding from the body section and retaining the body section with respect to the air passage.
