In addition, the present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising such binding molecules, antibodies and mimics thereof, and to methods of screening for novel binding molecules, which may or may not be antibodies, targets and drugs in the treatment of various disorders, in particular neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, amyloidoses and beta-amyloid pathology. Methods of isolating a disorder-associated protein specific binding molecule are also disclosed.
