PURPOSE: A raw milk filtering device is provided to prevent raw milk residue from remaining inside a pump or a filtering chamber, to facilitate replacement of a filter inside the filtering chamber, and to be capable of discharging the air which exists in the filtering chamber. CONSTITUTION: A raw milk filtering device(100) includes a pump(1), a filtering chamber(131), a body(51), an absorption pipe(55), and a filter(56). The filtering chamber stores raw milk. The body is positioned on the upper part of the filtering chamber so that the filtering chamber is detachable； and comprises a supply flow channel through which the raw milk is supplied to the filtering chamber, and a discharge flow channel(517) which is connected to the pump. The absorption pipe is positioned inside the filtering chamber； and has one end which is connected to the discharge flow channel, and the other end which is equipped to extend toward the bottom surface of the filtering chamber so that the raw milk that flows in the filtering chamber is transferred to the discharge flow channel. The filter is equipped inside the filtering chamber, and comprises a filter through hole in which the absorption pipe is inserted.본 발명은 펌프 및 여과챔버 내부에 생유가 잔류하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 여과챔버 내부에 위치한 필터의 교체가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 여과챔버 내부에 존재하는 공기의 배출이 가능한 생유 여과장치에 관한 것이다.
