PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus improving efficiency in technique using an angiogram: and to provide an image processing device.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes a collection part, a calculation part and a display control part. The collection part collects a plurality of X-ray images with lapse of time on the basis of the X-rays passing through a subject into which a contrast medium is injected. The calculation part calculates a blood vessel region corresponding to an inflow path of the contrast medium to a prescribed position in the blood vessel region, of the blood vessel regions on the basis of the time-lapse transition of the signal strength of the contrast medium in the blood vessel region in the plurality of X-ray images.
