The present invention relates to a device for removing a syringe needle capable of removing a needle unit by injecing a plurality of neeles at once. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the device comprises: a base unit； a cutting unit including a driving motor coupled to the base unit and a cutting blade moving in a linear direction using rotational force of the driving motor； a main body unit including an insertion unit positioned within a moving range of the cutting blade and having a first insertion hole for receiving a plurality of syringes and allowing only a needle unit to pass the insertion unit, a support unit supporting the insertion unit from a lower side and having a second insertion hole corresponding to a first insertion hole, and a grip unit gripping the needle unit passing the first and second insertion holes and discharging the needle unit cut by the cutting blade； and a storage unit storing the needle unit discharged through the grip unit.본 발명은 주사기 바늘 제거 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 주사기 바늘 제거 장치는 베이스부, 베이스부에 결합되는 구동모터와, 구동모터의 회전력을 이용하여 직선 방향으로 이동하는 절삭날을 포함하는 절삭부와, 절삭날의 이동 범위 내에 위치하며, 다수 개의 주사기를 투입 받으며 바늘부만 통과시키는 제1 투입홀을 갖는 투입부와, 투입부를 하측에서 지지하며 제1 투입홀에 대응하는 제2 투입홀을 갖는 지지부와, 제1, 2 투입홀을 통과한 바늘부를 파지하며, 절삭날에 의해 절단된 바늘부는 배출하는 그립부를 포함하는 본체부, 및 그립부를 통해 배출된 바늘부를 수납하는 수납부를 포함한다.
