The present research relates to the Eco Natural Krishi Vardhak bioformulated with modified nutrient broth by incorporating the pink pigmented facultative methylotroph strain no. PPFMJ01 isolated from phyllosphere of Coriandrum sativum crop. Plant™s best friend pink pigmented facultative methylotrophs (PPFM) are ubiquitous in nature and belonging to the genus Methylobacterium. These symbiotic bacteria are gram negative, aerobic in nature and have potential to grow on one carbon compounds such as methanol as the sole carbon and energy source. An Eco Natural Krishi Vardhak is the biostimulator, biofertilizer and biocontroller as they directly influence the plant growth by generating vitamins, producing indole acetic acid (IAA) and cytokinins phytohormones as well as supply nitrogen to the plant through diazotroph characterization.
