PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a frozen food which is adjusted in time required for thawing and heating in the case of thawing and heating using microwave equipment such as a microwave oven, to provide a frozen food produced by the production method, and to provide a combined food of the frozen food and a frozen food excluding the frozen food.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the frozen food comprises impregnating processed vegetables with an organic acid salt solution followed by freezing. The frozen food produced by the production method is provided. The combined food of the frozen food and a frozen food excluding the frozen food is also provided.
