Disclosed is a hemisulfate salt of Compound (I): and crystalline forms of the hemisulfate salt. Also disclosed are methods of using the hemisulfate salt of Compound (1) as a CGRP receptor antagonist, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the hemisulfate salt of Compound (I).
