PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trabecula analyzer for more accurate trabecula analysis based on a two-dimensional image.SOLUTION: A trabecula analyzer 1 allows a more accurate comprehension of a state of a trabecula even though using a trabecula analysis based on a tomographic image D. A parameter obtained from an image analysis of the tomographic image D varies according to a state of the trabecula, but does not accurately represent the state of the trabecula, because the image does not include three-dimensional structure state information of the trabecula. This invention enables an estimation of an evaluation value expected to be obtained when a subject of the tomographic image D is three-dimensionally analyzed based on a value obtained from the tomographic image D. This invention is an implementation based on this inventors finding that an estimation of an evaluation value becomes more accurate by changing correlation between a value from a tomographic image and an evaluation value according to a portion of a born to be trabecula-analyzed.
