PURPOSE: Shade material flow-shading and cooling method and system for controlling the temperature and lighting of a crop cultivation facility are provided to supply proper amount of light to crops by adjusting the mixture amount of a shade material to water-film water.CONSTITUTION: A shade material flow-shading and cooling method for controlling the temperature and lighting of a crop cultivation facility comprises the following steps: mixing a shade material(11) with water for forming water films transferring the water mixed with the shade material to the upper side of the crop cultivation facility using a water film pump(13) and uniformly dispersing the water and the shade material on the roof of the crop cultivation facility for forming the water film controlling the temperature and the lighting of the facility. The shade material has the specific optical spectrum by the transmission, refraction, and reflection of light.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 수막용수에 차광물을 혼입하는 단계 상기 차광물이 혼입된 수막용수를 수막펌프에 의해 작물재배시설 위로 압송하는 단계 상기 압송된 차광물과 수막용수를 작물재배시설의 지붕 위에 균일하게 분산시켜 수막을 형성하여, 수막과 차광물에 의해 작물재배시설을 냉각 및 차광시켜 온도를 조절하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 수막용수와 차광물의 유동에 의해 유리온실 및 비닐하우스 등과 같은 작물재배시설의 냉각 및 차광이 동시에 이루어지고, 일사량에 따라 차광율을 조절하여 작물에 적합한 광량을 공급함으로써, 여름철에 지나친 온도상승을 억제하여 고온기에도 작업재배시설에서 작물의 생산성을 향상시키고 고품질의 작물을 생산할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작물재배시설의 광 및 온도조절을 위한 차광물 유동 차광-냉각방법을 제공한다.
