PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material powder supply method which enables stable filling of a material powder into a filling part in a material powder supply device in which the filling part is formed by raising a die, and to provide a material powder supply device and a powder molding apparatus.SOLUTION: A feeder device 3, which is installed in a powder molding apparatus body 2 including a die 21 and a lower punch 22 and forming a filling part A when the die 21 rises, includes: a shoe box 40 which moves forward to and backward from the filling part A to fill a material powder P; a link member 30 whose base end side is mounted to the powder molding apparatus body 2 and whose tip side is arranged with the shoe box 40; and position control means which adjusts the advancing/retreating direction position of the shoe box 40. The position control means is configured to move the shoe box 40 forward and backward according to rising of the die 21.
