PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for molding a powdery cosmetic wherein a slurried cosmetic material is packed into a bottomed container and is compression-molded into a product while efficiently recovering the solvent without fouling the external circumference of the container.SOLUTION: In an apparatus 1 for molding a powdery cosmetic, molding is performed by packing a slurried cosmetic material 8 formed by slurrying a powder for a cosmetic into a bottomed middle pan 3 by means of a packing nozzle 7 and using a premolding apparatus 2A and a finish molding apparatus 2B to obtain a semi-finished or finished product, and the finish molding apparatus 2B adopts a flat vacuum pat 16A instead of a concave vacuum pat 16, and the elements other than that are identical with the elements of the premolding apparatus 2A. The solvent can be recovered without cosmetic leak leading to the foul of the upper surface or external circumference of the bottomed middle pan 3, and the cosmetic material can be molded into a product while preventing the bottomed middle pan 3 from lifting.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】有底容器にスラリー状化粧剤を充填し、容器外周を汚すことなく、効率よく溶剤を回収し圧縮成形して製品を得る粉末化粧料の成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】有底中皿3に、充填ノズル7により化粧料用粉末をスラリー状にしたスラリー状化粧剤8を充填して予備成形装置2A及び仕上げ成形装置2Bを用いて成形を行い、半製品、製品を得る粉末化粧料の成形装置1であって、仕上げ成形装置2Bは凹形バキュームパット16に替えて平面バキュームパット16Aを採用するとともに、他の要素は予備成形装置2Aと同様とした構成で、化粧剤が漏れず有底中皿3の上面・外周を汚すことなく溶剤を回収し、有底中皿3の持ち上がりも防止して製品化する構成としたものである。【選択図】図1
