PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zirconia sintered body having distorted shrinkage deformation suppressed.SOLUTION: A plurality of zirconia powders of a different composition that contain zirconia and a stabilizer for inhibiting phase transition of zirconia are formed and laminated to form a zirconia composition, which is fired at 800°C-1,200°C to produce a zirconia calcined body. A zirconia calcined body is produced by calcining the composition at 1,000°C and shaped into a rectangular parallelepiped having a width of 50 mm, a height of 10 mm and a depth of 5 mm to prepare a test piece. In the test piece, the plane of a width of 50 mm and a depth of 5 mm is a bottom face, which is parallel to a boundary surface formed by laminating the zirconia powders. The test piece is fired at 1,500°C for two hours, and a bottom face of two bottom faces that deforms in concave shape is set downward. The ratio of (maximum space between the concave bottom face and a contact area)/(distance between contact parts in the width direction)×100 is 0.15 or less.
