METHOD FOR PREPARING A LOW YOUNG'S MODULUS POROUS TITANIUM-ZIRCONIUM-NIOBIUM COMPOSITES FOR BIOMATERIAL AND A LOW YOUNG'S MODULUS POROUS TITANIUM-ZIRCONIUM-NIOBIUM COMPOSITES FOR BIOMATERIAL
The present invention provides a method for producing a low elasticity porous titanium-niobium-zirconium biomaterial composite, and the low elasticity porous titanium-niobium-zirconium biomaterial composite produced through the method. The method comprises the following steps: (a) mixing and milling 50-90 wt% of titanium (Ti) powder, 0.1-40 wt% of niobium (Nb) powder, and 0.1-30 wt% of zirconium (Zr) powder; (b) mixing the Ti-Nb-Zr mixed powder pulverized by being milled in the previous step with 5-60 parts by weight of ammonium bicarbonate (NH_4HCO_3) and 0.5-10 parts by weight of titanium hydride (TiH_2) which is a pore forming agent on the basis of 100 parts by weight of the Ti-Nb-Zr mixed powder; and (c) producing a composite by sintering the mixture from step (b) at 600-1,000°;C.
