A sterilization tray is disclosed. The sterilization tray includes a basin； and a platter comprising a dent part and a port disposed through a terminal end of the dent part. The basin and platter define a chamber and the port defines a passage into the chamber. An adapter may be connected to the port to facilitate the connection of endoscope thereto. The tray and endoscope may be placed in a vacuum chamber of a sterilizer and may go through a sterilization cycle. A pressure difference can be created between the vacuum chamber and a first chamber. A sterilant may be aspirated into the first chamber through an insertion tube.
