PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enteric solid preparation containing esomeprazole magnesium hydrate having excellent storage stability and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: (a) an inner core composed of an inactive substance, (b) a main component layer containing esomeprazole magnesium hydrate, a water-soluble polymer, an inorganic alkali salt and a dispersant coated on the surface of the inner core. c) Containing a protective layer containing a water-soluble polymer and a water-insoluble substance coated on the main drug layer, and (d) an enteric layer containing an enteric polymer and a plasticizer coated on the protective layer. This makes it possible to obtain an enteric solid preparation containing esomeprazole magnesium hydrate in which discoloration and an increase in decomposition products with time are suppressed.
