The present disclosure provides a method for identifying disease-specific immunogenic peptides through a series of selection steps. The immunogenic epitopes identified by the methods of the present disclosure can be applied for use in peptide-based immunotherapy, preferably cancer treatment. Furthermore, the methods of the present disclosure can be performed in a high-throughput manner and contribute as a means for custom-made vaccine development and therapy. Also provided are compositions of immunogenic peptides as well as methods of treatment comprising said compositions.
