<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable hesperetin dispersion liquid and a hesperetin-containing powder and a manufacturing process thereof. <；P>；SOLUTION: The hesperetin dispersion liquid includes hesperetin particles, a surfactant, and a medium. The surfactant is selected from the group consisting of a polyglycerol fatty acid ester, a glycerol fatty acid organic acid ester and enzymatically decomposed lecithin. A powder is presented which includes hesperetin powder and a surfactant.
