The present invention relates to a novel miRNA smR-167, a pharmaceutical composition for prevention or treatment of lung cancer using the same, a kit for diagnosing lung cancer, a method for providing information for diagnosing lung cancer, and a screening method for prevention or treatment of lung cancer. The novel smR-167 miRNA consisting of base sequences represented by sequence number 1 inhibits the expression of IGF-1R, and suppresses the proliferation and migration of lung cancer cells, thereby being applied for various uses for the preventing or treatment of lung cancer and thus completing the present invention.본 발명은 신규한 miRNA smR-167 및 이를 이용한 폐암 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 폐암 진단용 키트, 폐암 진단의 정보 제공 방법, 폐암 예방 또는 치료제의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다.서열번호 1의 염기서열로 구성된 신규한 smR-167 miRNA의 경우, IGF-1R의 발현을 억제하고 폐암 세포의 증식 및 이동을 억제하므로, 폐암의 예방 또는 치료를 위한 다양한 용도에 이용될 수 있음을 확인하고, 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
