PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomiser that can generate a large quantity of electrically charged water particles while suppressing the generation of ozone.SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomiser includes a discharge electrode 1, a liquid supply means for supplying a liquid 13 to the discharge electrode 1, and a voltage application means 4 for applying voltage to the liquid 13 supplied to the discharge electrode 1 to produce electrostatic atomization.
