The present invention relates to a pre-load structural telescoping tube and, more specifically, to an expansible telescoping tube (1), which comprises: a first tube body (10)； and a second tube body (20) inserted for a length thereof to be adjusted, and protruding outwards from the inside of the first tube body (10). Moreover, the pre-load structural telescoping tube comprises a pre-load means configured vary a frictional force between the first tube body (10) and the second tube body (20) in proportion to an expansion length of the tube (1). Accordingly, tilting of the tube bodies can be suppressed while smooth expansibility is maintained.
