PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition that promotes adsorption of fluoride ions to teeth and an oral composition that is excellent in feeling of drug retention.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an oral composition comprising phosphorylcholine group-containing polymer and a fluorine compound. Here, the amount of the phosphorylcholine group-containing polymer in the oral composition is 0.005 to 0.09 wt.% by weight.
