The present invention relates to a culturing abalone feed composition including -carotene as an active ingredient. According to the resent invention, a culturing abalone feed composition, which includes dry laver and a process byproduct generated when dry laver is processed as active ingredients, is fed for abalones, and the shells of the abalones express a red color by chlorophylls a and b which are chromophore components of laver and -carotene generated when being dried. Also, compared to abalones fed with conventional a combined feed, a growth rate of abalones fed with the culturing abalone feed composition of the present invention can increase by 21% or more.본 발명은 건조김 및 김 가공시 생성되는 가공부산물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 전복종묘용 사료조성물 제조하여 전복에 급이함으로서 김의 색소포 성분인 엽록체 a와 d 및 건조시 생성되는 베타카로틴으로 인해 전복의 패각껍질이 붉게 발현되면서 성장률이 기존의 배합사료를 급이한 것과 대비하여 21%이상의 성장률이 향상시킬수 있도록 한 홍조색소(β-carotene)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 전복종묘용 사료조성물에 관한 것이다.
