An object of the present invention is to provide an oral composition capable of obtaining a high bleaching effect in the entire application region of the oral composition. SOLUTION: The present inventors have a high bleaching effect in the entire application region of a tooth bleaching composition by adding a platinum catalyst as a platinum nanocolloid to an oral composition containing a peroxide. It was found that a tooth bleaching composition can be obtained. Furthermore, the present inventors have also found that the bleaching effect can be enhanced by applying a tooth bleaching composition containing platinum nanocolloid on the tooth surface and irradiating the application part with light.
