The present invention relates to a plant cultivation device for non-powered moisture supply, the device collecting water or moisture from a water tank and stratum moisture from the bare ground through a moisture transferring material accommodated in the plant cultivation device having culture soil or bed soil equally accommodated therein, thereby transferring and supplying the collected water or moisture to edible and ornamental plants planted in the plant cultivation device. The plant cultivation device for supplying either moisture from a water tank or moisture remaining in a stratum comprises: a first moisture transfer container, which is inserted into the water tank and the stratum up to a predetermined depth and has a first moisture transfer space filled with phyllite powder providing surface tension and adhesion by a capillary phenomenon in order to collect the moisture and transfer same at least 1 m; a tunnel forcibly formed in the depth direction in the first moisture transfer space filled with the phyllite powder, so as to come in contact with the water tank and the stratum, and formed so as to enable distribution with the phyllite powder; an initiating moisture transferring material for filling the tunnel with either perlite or orchid stone (porous body), which collects and stores moisture by being connected with either the moisture of the water tank or the moisture remaining in the stratum, and thus the moisture is initiatively transferred so as to induce continuous surface tension and adhesion of the moisture by a capillary phenomenon of the phyllite powder while quickly promoting a moisture transferring to the phyllite powder in the distribution-enabled tunnel; and a first planting environment providing part, which is fixedly coupled to the upper side end of the first moisture transfer container along an outer diameter, forms, on the upper side of the phyllite powder and the initiating moisture transferring material, a growing and planting environment o
